Your teacher will be able to facilitate your class and help you learn effectively, even if you don’t understand English yet.  Any concerns not related to the lesson will be addressed by our Mandarin-speaking Customer Care Associates.

How do you determine the right course for me?

Our highly trained teachers will give you an assessment and discuss with you the course that is most suited to your needs and goals.

Do I need to download software for my classes?

Yes, the A+ Online Classroom installation link will be provided when you sign up or enroll in a class. You may also download the user-friendly instructions at www.aplusenglishonline.com

What should I do when my A+ Online Classroom won’t install properly?

How can I reschedule my classes?

To ensure that we continue to provide you the best learning experiences, classes are recorded for training and quality assurance purposes.

Do I get a certificate after taking a course?

Yes, A+ will issue you a certificate upon completion of a course.

What are the teacher qualifications?

A+ employs teachers who are certified in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). They also go through the rigorous A+ Teacher CertificationProgram.
